🚀Clarifying issues about our stores in the different platforms, commissions, and tips:

Shopping as a member

📌As a member, you can download all benefits of your level and receive assistance from Artlekin or Sam if you need it. They are working hard for you to feel comfortable with us. 🧸

Shopping posts/products as a non member

📌on mrvision.games: No problem! We will send posts, games, products you purchased to you and you can contact us for support if you need it.

📌on patreon: Since this platform is not improving its interface for a while, we don’t have access to basic customer’s contact info (email). It is necessary for you to contact us so that we can send all your benefits for files bigger than 2GB (maximum size on patreon). If you bought something in our shop or posts, please kindly contact us.

📌on subscribeStar: They also have a limited size for uploaded files. If you are not sharing your email information, please kindly contact us.

📌on itch.io: Those guys made almost impossible our visibility in their platform and blocked our payment methods. If you bought our itch.io products, you will receive them automatically from our gumroad shop. Check them out HERE!

📌on gumroad: No problem! You recieve and download items automatically.

Comissions and Tips 🧮

📌On mrvision.games: Best way to support us as a member or customer is by using our web mrvision.games . There you can use your debit/credit card or paying by paypal, giving donations, tips, and many other options! Additionally, their commissions are lower than other platforms. Your money/pledge is an (almost) directly investment to us!

📌On Patreon: Their platform total commissions are approximately around 20% of your pledge/payment. For example, from $3 of your pledge, we actually receive around $2.40 or normally less. And fixed costs would still need to be deducted.

For example:

A product sold for $39 has costs of $26 approx. So after paying platform commissions we receive $31-$26= $5 (real benefit of a $39 product).

That is the reason why we encourage more members to try to pledge and buy on our web, mrvision.games

📌On subscribeStar: At least around 20% of your pledge goes to cover commisssions.

📌on gumroad: At least around 15% of your pledge goes to cover commissions.

And regarding tips:

-If you send a tip of $1, we only receive $0.07 🤣

-If you send a tip of $2, we receive $0.94

-If you send a tip of $3, we receive $1.81

Quick math (before the processor’s fee):

$1 tip → $1 − ($0.50 + 10%) = $0.40 before processor → ends up near $0.07 after fees.
$2 tip → $2 − ($0.50 + 10%) = $1.30 before processor → final will be less than $1.30.
$3 tip → $3 − ($0.50 + 10%) = $2.20 before processor → final will be less than $2.20.

Here’s the quick math for card payments:

Net to you = Charge − platform fee (10% + $0.50) − Card fee (2.9% + $0.30)
Example on a $1 tip: $1 − $0.60 − $0.329 ≈ $0.071 (~$0.07). 🤣

If the buyer used PayPal, PayPal’s own fee applies instead of the card fee.
